The project Sonosynthesis by Siavash Namehshiri is a musical co-creation that addresses and combines various needs of the marginalized music community. Through collaborations between international, local, and Swiss artists, a communal understanding of sound and musical practice is fostered. Sonosynthesis questions the sociocultural aspects of sound from a non-privileged perspective and analyzes the everyday language and content of musical practice on academic and societal levels.
